Greystone Management Solutions Names Senior Project Managers
Greystone Management Solutions has appointed David Folan as its new Project Executive and lead for its real estate advisory group providing dedicated tenant management and accounting services to the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). Mr. Folan, currently a senior member of the team, first began his services with Greystone as part of the team providing tenant management services to NJ Transit. Stepping into Mr. Folan’s previous role is Niko Sciocchetti, who has been promoted to Director of Tenant Management.

Greystone & MBTA Release ITB for 10 Retail Concession Spaces
Greystone, as the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s (MBTA) asset manager, has released multiple Invitations to Bid (ITB) to lease ten separate retail concession locations throughout the MBTA system, including spaces at the following subway stations: Porter Square, Sullivan Square, and Oak Grove. Other opportunities exist at the following Commuter Rail stations: Route 128 in Westwood, Norwood Central, Needham Junction, Swampscott, West Concord and Lynn.

Greystone Management Solutions was recently selected to continue to provide the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) with a suite of real estate management services for a five-year term. The MTA selected Greystone following a competitive procurement.

Join Representatives of Greystone at MARTA Industry Day
The Greystone retail lease and marketing team will join MARTA at its headquarters for the upcoming Retail Concessions Industry Day on March 14, 2018. Industry Day attendees will be able to learn more about MARTA’s new retail concessions program and upcoming Request for Proposals process which will offer retail space at various locations within the system. MARTA is seeking qualified vendors for the sale of convenience items, accessories, coffee, small electronics, and grab-n-go food at these locations.

Greystone Designs New Tool for LandTracker System
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) retained Greystone to expand upon the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s (MBTA) LandTracker system, enabling MassDOT stakeholders to view highway layout plans as georeferenced images in the existing LandTracker data viewer.

Greystone Supports Big Sister Association of Greater Boston
In the Greystone spirit of giving, our Boston office staff participated in the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston’s Adopt-a-Family Holiday Program. The program is part of the organization’s mission to empower girls through positive mentoring relationships with women and enrichment programs that support healthy development. The office “adopted” a family with four children, providing gifts for girls who may otherwise not receive any.

Greystone Supports the Winter Wishes Program
In the Greystone spirit of giving, our New York office staff donated holiday gifts to the New York Cares Winter Wishes Program for the 5th year in a row. New York Cares partners with hundreds of homeless shelters, community centers, and other deserving non-profit organizations throughout the city to provide holiday gifts for disadvantaged children, teens, families and seniors, many of whom would not otherwise receive gifts during the holidays.

New Tenant for New Jersey Transit
Greystone, working with its NJ TRANSIT partner has completed an agreement with Jo’Boken, a new retail coffee purveyor, to operate a newly constructed stand located on the sidewalk at the corner of Hudson Place and River Street in Hoboken. This long standing vacant space is part of Greystone’s effort to develop new non-fare box revenue throughout the NJ Transit system and increase station amenities for NJ TRANSIT’s riders.
