Greystone Management Solutions Names Senior Project Managers
Greystone Management Solutions has appointed David Folan as its new Project Executive and lead for its real estate advisory group providing dedicated tenant management and accounting services to the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). Mr. Folan, currently a senior member of the team, first began his services with Greystone as part of the team providing tenant management services to NJ Transit. Stepping into Mr. Folan’s previous role is Niko Sciocchetti, who has been promoted to Director of Tenant Management.

Greystone & MBTA Release ITB for 10 Retail Concession Spaces
Greystone, as the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s (MBTA) asset manager, has released multiple Invitations to Bid (ITB) to lease ten separate retail concession locations throughout the MBTA system, including spaces at the following subway stations: Porter Square, Sullivan Square, and Oak Grove. Other opportunities exist at the following Commuter Rail stations: Route 128 in Westwood, Norwood Central, Needham Junction, Swampscott, West Concord and Lynn.

Greystone Management Solutions was recently selected to continue to provide the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) with a suite of real estate management services for a five-year term. The MTA selected Greystone following a competitive procurement.
