New Tenant for New Jersey Transit

Greystone, working with its NJ TRANSIT partner has completed an agreement with Jo’Boken, a new retail coffee purveyor, to operate a newly constructed stand located on the sidewalk at the corner of Hudson Place and River Street in Hoboken. This long standing vacant space is part of Greystone’s effort to develop new non-fare box revenue throughout the NJ Transit system and increase station amenities for NJ TRANSIT’s riders.

As NJ TRANSIT’s real estate advisor for the past ten years, Greystone provides the agency with construction management support for new concession spaces. Additionally, Greystone provides lease administration, tenant management and parking advisory services. Greystone is the advisor and consultant to three of the largest public transportation agencies in the country: the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority, New Jersey Transit, and the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.
